South Coast AQMD's Warehouse Actions and Investments to Reduce Emissions (WAIRE) Program applies to warehouses of 100,000 square feet or more in the South Coast Air Basin. Initial Site Information Report

Annual WAIRE Report (AWR)
Due every year, tracking your WAIRE Points earned against your points requirement based on truck trip activity. Missing this report — even by a few days — is what's landing most facilities on SCAQMD's violation list.
An Open Notice of Violation Doesn't Resolve Itself
Each day your facility remains out of compliance with Rule 2305 is technically a separate violation.
